At the time of St. Martina is celebrating Christmas in the Slovakian cuisine Gosji praznik or Husacie Hody. Every real home-made "oyster" at this time serves with a real cheese roast, goose soup and other dishes. The attachment they serve to the roast is called locusts - it's a kind of pancake and of course an indispensable red cabbage. A kind of capital of a culinary tradition is a village near Bratislava Slovenian grave.
